Section 5: Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

We offer 80% of the purchase value for eligible returns, excluding making charges. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Making charges are non-refundable, as they cover the craftsmanship and labor involved in creating each unique piece of jewelry.
To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and include all original packaging.

Exchange Policy:

We offer exchanges on items purchased, with the making charges of the original item deducted.
The remaining value after the deduction of making charges can be used towards the purchase of a different item from our collection.
The exchanged item must be in original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original packaging.
Exchanges are valid only within 14 days of purchase.
The new item selected for exchange must be of equal or greater value. If the new item costs more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

Additional Terms:

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for both returns and exchanges.
Custom or Special Orders: Custom-made or special-order items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where there is a manufacturing defect.
Inspection: Tieva Jewels reserves the right to assess the condition of returned or exchanged jewelry before approval.
