Tieva Jewels Return, Exchange, and Buy-Back Policy

At Tieva Jewels, we are committed to providing a seamless and flexible experience for our customers. We offer a Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy on all eligible purchases. Below are the details of our policy.

1. Lifetime Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: You can exchange your purchased jewelry at its current market value at any time.

  • Account Credit: Upon exchange, the value of the product will be credited to your Tieva Jewels Account, which can be used for future purchases. Please note, this value cannot be encashed.

  • Conditions: The product should be returned with the original product certificate and invoice. Any jewelry altered by a party other than Tieva Jewels will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Quality Inspection: Tieva Jewels may adjust the exchange value after conducting a thorough quality inspection and will provide a valid explanation for any changes.

2. Lifetime Buy-Back and Refund Policy

  • Return for Buy-Back: You may return your jewelry for buy-back at its current market value, subject to certain deductions (see below).

  • Payment Mode: The buy-back and refund policy amount will be transferred directly to your bank account within 15 business days of receiving the product.

  • Processing Fee: A flat fee of Rs. 999 will be charged for processing the return.

3. Valuation for Buy-Back or Exchange

The valuation of your product will be based on the current market rates on the date of return/exchange. The specifics are as follows:

4. Important Terms & Conditions

  • Non-Eligible Items: Loose diamonds, baguettes, tapered diamonds, polkis, pearls, and colored stones are not eligible for buy-back or exchange.

  • Document Requirement: The original invoice and product certificate must be presented for processing any return or exchange.

  • Lost Certificate:  If the product certificate is lost, a fee of Rs. 3,000 or Rs. 1000 per carat (whichever is higher) will be charged.

  • Third-Party Purchases: Products purchased from any other platform or retailer (not directly from Tieva Jewels or our official website) will not be accepted for return, buy-back, or exchange.

  • Discounts and Offers: If you received any discount during your purchase, the equivalent value will be deducted from the final return/exchange settlement.

  • Points & Rewards: Any points or rewards applied during the purchase will be deducted from the return value.

  • Buy-Back Limit: The buy-back policy is only applicable for products purchased up to a value of Rs. 3,99,999.

  • EMI Purchases: If the product was bought through an EMI plan, any unpaid EMI amounts will be deducted in addition to other applicable fees.

 

 

5. Shipping and Insurance

  • For Purchases: Tieva Jewels will cover the cost of shipping and insurance for all deliveries.

  • For Returns: Reverse shipping will be organized by Tieva Jewels and is included in the Rs. 1,000 processing charge applicable for all returns, buy-backs, and exchanges.

 

 

6. Policy Updates
